Short Hair

Short Hair Cuts
By Lisa L.

Short hairShort hair is rising along necklines everywhere. You can see it trending up sidewalks throughout North America. Women are spending less time doing and more time having fun. Adjusting from a med to long length to do to a short one takes some time, effort and a little color would help.

There are many advantages of short hair. You will be able to keep your mane healthier, maintained and once you can master your 'do' it will take minutes instead of hours to style. It's always easy to get volume with a shorter cut and with all the products out there and it's also easy to keep it flattened close to your head and face.

Don't be afraid. Look at different Short Hairstyles and ask your stylist. If you are really unsure book a few consultations at different salons and get a few opinions. Don't make any rush decisions and if you don't understand what the stylist giving you the consultation is saying just ask for clarification. Most will draw you a sketch as they are creative and just love to cater to your every need.

Some pros would be using fewer products on your hair unless you have fine hair. You may need a volume-based gel, styling products and an easy spray. And in a couple of months when you're ready you can begin the whole process of growing out your hair again, that is if you don't keep it short.
